After many years in the industry working in all aspects from retail set up and development, to market expansion, purchasing, distribution management and working in sales for different manufacturer's, I saw a decided weakness in the system.

Our mission is to provide a cost effective method for manufacturers, distributors and retailers to build long term, productive relationships with each other and help insure the survival of the distribution network. We strive to only represent companies with high moral and ethical standards, that produce products we feel make a difference to the health of the pet and profitable for the independent market.

Independent Manufacturers

Companies that developed and manufactured new, better, cutting edge products were frequently getting bottle necked in with the thousand of other me too products that distributors and retailers get deluged with on a daily basis. With out having the financial means to hire a national sales force they are often forced into struggling along with little to no market penetration, hoping for someone to be able to slow down long enough and see how unique their products really are or to get the lucky break and launch them in the market.

Independent Distributors and Retailers

Have been put into a position where they no longer want to put the effort into building a brand due to time and effort involved and the history of manufacturer's building a brand through distribution and then selling direct to the mass market and undercutting the pricing and hard work of the independent market.

On top of that there seems to be 100 new products being introduced daily and its overwhelming many times to try and "separate the wheat from the chaff."

We provide the contacts and market knowledge to help get their products to the right distributors to help insure a win/win environment in which everyone benefits from the relationship. We also will assist as needed with promotional activities and training at the local level.

Independent Distributors and Retailers

We assist with all aspects of brand building including training of personnel, local marketing support and a focused sales team for the FIDO companies to help make sure the product doesn't sit on their shelves waiting to die!

We represent only companies with high moral and ethical standards that are willing to guarantee protective right to the distributors and independent retailers nationally. We perform product quality reviews, competitive market analysis and only represent new, natural and unique companies that have given us exclusive rights to their lines.
